Do I need a doctor’s referral to start physical therapy?
In most cases, you can begin therapy without a referral. Some insurance plans may require one, so please call us and we’ll help verify your coverage.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and a doctor’s referral if required by your insurance. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, such as athletic wear.
How long is each session?
Your first visit will last about 60 minutes to allow for an evaluation and treatment. Follow-up visits are typically 45–60 minutes depending on your care plan.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept most major plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto Insurance (PIP). Self-pay and flexible payment plans are also available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least one business day before your appointment if you need to reschedule. This helps us keep openings available for other patients.
Do you offer treatment on weekends?
Yes, weekend appointments are available by request. Please call our office to schedule.
How many sessions will I need?
Every patient is different. After your initial evaluation, your therapist will recommend a personalized plan, which may last a few weeks to a few months depending on your goals and condition.
What types of conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis, balance problems, post-surgical recovery, and neurological conditions such as stroke, MS, and Parkinson’s.
Will I see the same therapist each visit?
Yes — we believe in continuity of care. Our family-run team provides one-on-one attention so you’ll work with the same therapist throughout your recovery.
