Meet Your Wellness Coach:

Taha Qureshi, PTA, SDPT

When you sign up for the Extraordinary Wellness Program, you’ll be working directly with Taha Qureshi, PTA, SDPT—someone who brings not just clinical knowledge, but also heart, energy, and a personal dedication to your success.

Taha is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a current Doctor of Physical Therapy student, combining hands-on expertise with the latest evidence-based practices. He grew up immersed in the world of physical therapy, inspired by his mother and mentor, Dr. Naureen Habib, who founded Extraordinary Rehab Services. That foundation gave him a deep appreciation for healing and a lifelong commitment to helping others reach their full potential.

What makes Taha unique is his athletic background. As a former state-level tennis coach, he understands firsthand how the body moves, recovers, and performs. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to improve performance, someone returning from an injury, or simply looking to build healthier habits, Taha has the knowledge and experience to create a plan that truly fits your lifestyle.

Beyond his work with patients, Taha also serves as Chair of the APTA Northwest Indiana District, where he advocates for professional growth, diversity, and excellence in the PT field. This leadership role reflects his drive to not only serve individuals but also elevate the entire profession.

In the Wellness Program, Taha will be your one-on-one partner—guiding, supporting, and motivating you every step of the way. He believes every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and empowered, and he approaches every session with that same mindset. Whether your goal is to get stronger, recover faster, or simply feel better day to day, Taha is here to help you succeed.
